Cancellation Policy –
Orders booked online or at the store can be cancelled by customers prior to processing. If your order has been processed or is undergoing processing, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Refund –
Refund on pre-paid orders will be transferred to the customer’s unique 99 wallet. The customer can use these funds to avail services offered by 99 Dry Cleaners These funds cannot be withdrawn by the customer in the form of cash or any other such negotiable instruments.
