  1. Delivery Timelines:

    • Laundry orders will be delivered within 72 hours.
    • Dry cleaning garments will be delivered within 120 hours.
    • For urgent delivery:
      • 12-hour delivery: Charged at 200% extra.
      • 24-hour delivery: Charged at 100% extra.

  2. Free Pickup & Delivery:

    • Free pickup and delivery is available for dry cleaning with a minimum order ₹600 or for laundry orders weighing 6 KG or more.

  3. Delivery Delays:

    • While every effort is made to deliver clothes on time, delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur. Customers will be kept updated regarding revised delivery times.

  4. Garment Inspection:

    • Customers are requested to inspect their garments at the time of delivery.

  5. Liability for Garments:

    • We are not responsible for:
      • Colour fastness or running.
      • Shrinkage.
      • Damage to embellishments or embroidery work during the cleaning process.
    • Stubborn stains may not be fully removed, despite our best efforts.
    • All garments are accepted at the customer’s risk.

  6. Uncollected Garments:

    • Garments not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date will no longer be our responsibility for maintenance.

  7. Loss or Damage:

    • We accept no liability for loss or damage to garments caused by fire, burglary, or other unforeseen events.

  8. Pricing:

    • Garment prices are decided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity of the garments.
    • Rates mentioned in the price list are indicative and minimal.

  9. Cleaning Methods:

    • We employ various advanced cleaning methods, such as:
      • Wash in emulsifiers, detergents, and softeners.
      • Soft wash for delicate garments.
      • Technologies like Perchloroethylene and Hydrocarbon cleaning.

  10. Digital Presence:

    • We are active on all major social media platforms for updates and promotions.

  11. Promotional Use of Images:

    • We reserve the right to use images of garments for promotional purposes unless explicitly instructed otherwise by the customer.

  12. Store-Specific Pricing:

    • Prices may vary across different stores and cities.

  13. Jurisdiction:

    • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Ghaziabad only.

  4. Order Value Definition:

    • The order value of an item refers to the processing cost of the garment after any discounts, as per the 99 dry Cleaners Invoice.

Important Notes:

  • Inspection: Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery.
  • Claiming Damages: All damages, loss, or quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Complaints received after 7 days will be considered null and void and will not be covered under the protection program.
  • Disputes: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Ghaziabad only.
